This wine has an attractive pale straw colour. It is fruity (apples and pears) with a hint of almond. Dry and medium bodied it has a citrusy, zesty acidity and a clean, crisp finish.

| Vinification Note : |
| The different grape varieties undergo various lengths of skin maceration and the final wine is a blend of these various component parts. There is no oak used at all and fining, stabilisation and bottling are all carried out in the most hygienic conditions on site at the winery, eradicating any risks of spoilage due to transportation or a third party. |
