Food Matching Note :
Delicious on its own, by the glass, but also accompanies fish and light starters to perfection.
Tasting Note :
Attractive bright lemon yellow with glints of gold in the glass. A fruity lemony nose followed by crisp and medium bodied palate and a delicious finish.
Vinification Note :
Organically certified Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from the Veneto area of North East Italy are gently destemmed and pressed in high technology cellars, before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Subsequent to vinification, the wine is treated with a minimum of sulphur dioxide to ensure that it remains as natural as possible.
