2006/7 Reserve Viognier Santa Ana

Tasting Note :
Clear golden yellow in colour with enticing aromas of apricots and peaches. Medium bodied, rounded and fruity with succulent mouth feel and a crisp, refreshing finish.
Vinification Note :
Hand selected bunches are picked from superior quality vineyards within the Bodegas Santa Ana estate in Cuyo, Mendoza. After de-stemming, the bunches are crushed and chilled, the juice is allowed a short skin contact before racking off the gross lees and fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing is in French barrique, a proportion of which are new, on the fine lees and the wine is bottled after filtration and cold stabilisation.
