Food Matching Note :
This wine is the perfect match for all kinds of shellfish and pasta. Ideal as an aperitif.
Tasting Note :
On the nose, hints of fine herbs and ripe fruit, citrus, pineapple and grapefruit. Fresh and balanced in the mouth, with underlying minerality, a general sensation of harmony and a long and attractive finish.
Vinification Note :
The Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon is made according to the same process as the Rueda Blanco, with cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of between 12º and 13ºC to preserve the primary aromas.
