Tasting Note :
An attractively vibrant, youthful shade of red with a fruit driven nose of redcurrants and spices. The palate is medium bodied, soft and easily approachable, offering an array of red fruit flavours with balancing structure and a dry, rounded finish. Very versatile.
Vinification Note :
The grapes are harvested in small parcels and kept seperate throughout fermentation, which is at a cool, controlled temperature in stainless steel. Final blending takes place before filtration and cold stabilisation and bottling. There is no oak ageing for this wine.
