Tasting Note :

An aromatic wine that offers herbaceous characters alongside gooseberry, lychee and lemon aromas. The palate is dry, medium bodied and clean as a whistle. All the refreshing and lively flavours you would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc.

Harvest Date : Grapes were selected and handpicked between February 15th and March 5th, 2006. Pressing : Neumatic press, destemmed grapes.
