When served at room temperature this wine is an excellent accompaniment to almost all light dishes both red and white meats alike.
Tasting Note :
A lively young wine with traditional red fruit aromas and flavours with a subtle spicy hint and a good length.
Vinification Note :
After the alcoholic fermentation on the skins for 10 days, the must is kept in stainless steel containers and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in 50 hl oak barrels for 7 months, and refines in the bottle some months more before release.
