Terms and Conditions
IT IS AN OFFENCE TO PURCHASE OR TO ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

Price Information:
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. However, in the event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In such circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase; purewines.org will contact you and agree a course of action. Prices as shown do not include the delivery charge, which will be added at the checkout stage.
Ordering Goods:
The minimum order is 6 bottles depending on the value of the wines. Orders may be placed for up to a maximum of 600 bottles of any given product. Should you need a larger quantity, please contact us at info@purewines.org
All the wines are subject to availability. In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will attempt to contact you by email and/or telephone to arrange a substitute product. However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another of equal or greater value. Should you not be satisfied with this, purewines.org will collect the items at our expense.
Once your order has been accepted, purewines.org will confirm your order by sending an email to you using the email address you supplied when registering with our website. This brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
If you need to amend your order after you have received your order confirmation, please contact us by emailing sales@purewines.org. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by Pure Wines.org in our database and these details will be accessible by you through the website.
Validation Checks:
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will also require a landline telephone number of the card holder when you are placing an order to an alternative address than the billing address. This number will only be used for verification purposes.
Delivery of Goods:
From the receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 7 working days, providing the goods are in stock. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. (Working days do not include weekends and national Bank Holidays.) We cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day. We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. but deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer. If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a significant delay in delivering your order, we will attempt to contact you. If none of the offered solutions are acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation and a refund.
Claims:
Claims for breakages or missing bottles must be notified in writing on the consignment note at the time of delivery and a copy remain in the possession of the delivery company. Please inform us directly of any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. Non-delivery must be notified within 21 days of the order date. Any failure to comply will mean we are unable to satisfy any claim.

Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately we do not live in an ideal world and on the odd occasion something will no go to plan. Should you receive a delivery that is damaged then you can either return the whole order and a replacement or refund can be arranged, or, the damaged items can be detailed on the POD and replacements or refund of the items in question can be arranged. Alternatively if you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason with your order, you may receive a refund as long as the products ordered are returned intact and in the same condition as they were sent out. Claims for refunds must be received within 7 days of receiving your goods.

You can rest assured your details are not shared or sold on to any third party companies
